Outsourcing Services for People Promotions

Local Reach LLC has figured out how to give free web publicity to the world. Small businesses (3-25 employees) struggle with two things, people and publicity. Local Reach LLC solves both challenges. Simply outsourcing employee's payroll to LR, employees of smaller companies have access to benefits and insurance and companies no longer need to worry about payroll taxes, workers comp or fronting payroll every two weeks. Instead of silly fees and mark-ups for finding people, like recruiting firms, Local Reach promotes current and new employees of clients. Employees of small businesses share their experiences with employers with Local Reach's publicity machine, resulting in boosting employee morale, branding and retention of the most valuable company asset.....its people. Service is perfect for non-profits, start-ups, churches and other smaller retail & ministry operations.

Good Businesses Take Care of their People.

A few tweaks to Local Reach LLC have taken place and we want to tell you about them. We help businesses be Good Businesses through their employees. This service is perfect from most small businesses from 3-25 employees on the payroll. In comparison to recruiting firms, we won’t find your people for you. We will make recommendations to you and advise you on the interview & negotiation process. Our expertise is in web publicity via video interviewing. The core service of Local Reach LLC is People Promotions. As clients, employers are blogged about, talked with and promoted because of their people on our payroll.

Solve Attrition Problems

Reading this and putting it into practice in any business could solve the alarming attrition rate in America. We are so used to just disposing of people because they don't "fit the job" what about fitting a job around them and who they are and what they will become....how liberating. Tell me a company that does this and I'm there's for life...

CW: Obviously, an organic human capital strategy has to focus on getting as many productivity employees in the organization as possible. What can a business who wants to be organic do to retain these employees once they have them?

  • Grow Old Together. Most jobs have some potential for creativity and growth. Most employees bring their own desire and potential for creativity and growth. Consider the aspirations of the individual employee. These exist, whether acknowledged or not. It is easy to believe that, once understood, these aspirations are static. But this is absolutely not the case. Aspirations change with time, with experience, with maturity, with age. Aspirations change, yet companies often have no recognition of this reality. They make no provision for the different, often uncontrollable external events going on in their employees’ lives. They treat them all the same, yet different stages of life can make you good or bad, a fit or not a fit, for different roles at different times.

    Broken

The story of 10 widows impacts an entire city-- and God gets the credit for all of it. The cycle is broken because of a house, a solar oven & a sheep.

I’m called to spread this message to all of you, and figure out a way to get it to the world. Purpose Media International will be producing a documentary. Today is the day to raise money to see that it’s high-quality and put together professionally. PMI also puts on the Christian Entertainment Festivals to raise money for Bake the Cycle.

Some of you know by now I work with a ministry, a small one, making a big impact in African villages. The story is incredible. It’s God breathed, no doubt. If you know me, you know I love Jesus. This story is confirmation that there is a God, and that He loves us, and is the source of Hope. All hope, all good things and everything anyone needs to be fulfilled.

It started with me when Erica O’Grady & I took a trip to San Marcos to see some people in the internet business, Daniel Guitierez, & Diana Wiley. The last of these is where the story begins.

Guests like it!! Thank you, Jane Harding

I just want to publicly thank Jane Harding of Executive Services Corp of Houston (http://eschouston.or) for providing us with your experience from The Good Business Show, you have no idea how much this helps us as we move forward in funding Purpose Media International. Your stories were incredible! Please contact Jane to donate, volunteer or request services at ESCH anytime, if you are a retired executive.

I had the honor of participating on The Good Business Show a couple of
weeks ago with one of my colleagues, Ron Swofford. When I arrived, I
felt immediately "at home." There was a synergy in the room as we
waited for the equipment to be set up and the sound system tested. It
took longer than I had expected but eventually, the taping began. I
greatly enjoyed listening to the interviews with the other participants.
It was positive, uplifting and also humorous. The singing was beautiful.
When it was our turn to go on the stage, the nervousness that I have
experienced in other taped interviews didn't appear as the host, Jason,
did a wonderful job of making everyone feel at ease. As Ron and I told
our stories I realized just how much Christ had led me in my career
decisions. I'm not sure that this fact had crystallized before in my
thinking as it did just then. So, our participation had 2 effects.
First, it influenced me as I pondered the significance of this
realization. Second, I hope that my story resonates with at least some
of the viewers and prods them to think about the influence of Christ in
the major decisions they have made.

What the Web can do for you

Here's a company that's starting to get it, but most importantly, when we walk in the doors, the people are happy. They're creating stuff together, no matter how cheesy, and having a great time doing this. Production is team work, everyone has their talents and ideas. Working on something outside work during work hours that actually helps the company is an awesome combination! Congrats to these folks over in Commercial Leasing for making this happen...I'm so excited for them, mostly to see the team smiling. We're considering doing creative productions for team building as a company, from a to z, everyone plays a role and we film the making of it, as it's own reality series....how awesome would that be??

    Good Business Production

The show was a success! We had some technical difficulties with the ustream on the sound, basically, it didn't capture any of it. That's disappointing, but at least people got the idea of what was going on. The broadcasters from CBLI did a fantastic job bringing the guests to the web audience after the show--had you been able to hear it, Bo's Place was awesome! The host, Jason did an outstanding job as did the entire team, Scott Belin in technical, his wife, Lori-anne and even the kids pitched in. As a mom, there is no separation between my work and me and the family. We create an environment where everyone gets involved. Kids see the world differently, I like their fresh, new perspective and their attitudes....they tackle it, no questions, it's just cool that they get to do it!

What's next? We're working with studios producing other awesome clean content. We want to help them build an audience through the web. So if that's you, let us know how we can serve you.
